Cancellation Policy

Please understand that my appointment times are limited. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. If I am able to accommodate you, our session will still end on time, regardless of the time the session started.

If you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request 24-hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24-hours notice, will incur a fee of $50. A credit card is typically used to hold your appointment and the $50 cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be refunded or applied to future services.

Any cancellations made with 24-hours notice will be reschedule for another time that is convenient to you with no fees incurred.
